Roy Hernandez brings more than 30 years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry, having built his career from the ground up. He began as an equipment technician and progressed through every operational and leadership role, gaining comprehensive, hands-on expertise that shapes his approach as Regional Vice President. Throughout his career, Roy has been committed to building strong relationships with coworkers and clients, believing that trust, collaboration, and accountability are the foundation of long-term success. His deep industry knowledge and people-first leadership style allow him to drive performance while supporting team growth and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, Roy is married and values spending time with his family. He enjoys hunting and time at the ranch, where he recharges and stays connected to what matters most.
